The challenge
The investor needed year-round leafy-green and tomato production in a climate where summer temperatures exceed 48 °C, with water use well below open-field farming and a firm opening date tied to offtake contracts.
Our approach
SEYA Projects led design coordination between the greenhouse supplier, MEP contractor and local consultants, ran the procurement packages and supervised construction. SEYA Tech integrated the climate, fertigation and energy systems into one monitoring platform with alarms routed to the operations team.
