The challenge
Works had to be carried out on a live airside, with night-only windows near active taxiways and zero tolerance for disruption to scheduled operations.
Our approach
SEYA Projects managed phasing, contractor coordination and airside permits, and integrated lighting and docking guidance into the airport’s control systems. SEYA Security & Intelligence designed the CCTV and access-control extension for the new stands.
