Eleven operating sites, each with its own roof condition, tenant constraints and utility approval process — and one owner who wanted a single programme and a single report.
Our approach
SEYA Projects managed the EPC contractors, structural checks and utility approvals site by site. SEYA Tech connected every inverter to one monitoring platform with monthly performance reporting.
